Our first restaurant was opened in April 2002 and after many friends and great food we sold it in 2005.
  My name is Eleni Ponirakis Henry and I am the Chef for the Kouzina and Zoey Catering LTD, www.zoeycatering.com.  I am formally educated at Central community College in Culinary, Nutrition and business.
  My experience ranges from hotels to sports arenas as one of the Safeco Field's Diamond Club Chef's, to small restaurants. 
  I always wanted to have a small intimate restaurant where I can pair wines with my food.  I had a first hand learning experience when I was one of the assistant's to the Chef at Ste Michelle Winery.
  I am very happy to have an intimate neighborhood restaurant in my own community.
  Our Catering company can handle anything from lunch boxes t o five course intimate dinner for two or events of two hundred plus people...
  Zoey Catering is a full service, including Floral design and a photographer who she can develop in the most artistic way desired.  Digital available upon request.
